Communication and Refunds
- We will inform you promptly if any part of your order needs to be canceled or if additional details are required.
- Should we be unable to process your order within 45 working days, we will initiate a refund based on the resolution time of your bank.
- Refunds will typically appear in your original payment account within 5-7 working days. If the refund is not received within this period, please get in touch with your bank.
- In cases where a product is damaged during transit, customers must notify us and arrange a return within 3 days of confirmation from our customer support team.
Cancellation of Unprocessed Orders
- Cancellation requests made before an order is processed or approved will result in a full refund.
Minimizing Cancellations After Processing
- We aim for efficient order fulfillment and thus discourage cancellations once an order has been processed.
Charges for Cancellation/Returns
- A fee of ₹50 will be charged for cancellations made after an order has been processed. For returns of orders (RTO) that have already been dispatched, a fee of ₹100 will be applied.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, specific shipping charges will be outlined during the checkout process.
Reward Programme
- If reward points are used for an order and the order is subsequently canceled, the reward points will not be reissued.
- Certain coupon codes may not be combined and used in a single transaction.
- A minimum order value of ₹499 is required to redeem reward points.
- You can redeem up to 10% of your order value in reward points.
- Reward points are not applicable to COD orders.
- Reward points are valid for 1 year from the date they are earned.
